KIS, virtual training, is a company that provides leadership learning that is convenient, simple, high value for price, engaging and impactful. Specifically, the design of the courses provides:

• Convenience of learning at your PC
• No travel
• Five “touch points”, none lasting more than 1 hour (over the time span of 4-6 weeks)
• Each course includes two live facilitated sessions; the first session to transfer the knowledge, the second session as a “virtual community of practice” to hear how you, the learner has implemented this knowledge into your life and work
• Opportunities for interaction and engagement throughout the sessions
• Pre-work and post-work to allow learners the opportunity to engage in the content at a more intimate level
• Each course is $200.00 per class
