I had the distinct pleasure of observing Beth's masterful training skills when she spoke to my Values-Based Leadership class at DePaul University nearly two years ago. She conducted a highly interactive, informative and well-paced workshop on the topic of "Meeting the Challenges in the Intergenerational Workplace" in a classroom of twenty-four students from the College of Commerce--all Millennials. Through storytelling and other teaching and training techniques, she brings the real world challenges and opportunities presented by the multi-generational workforce into the classroom in a way that greatly enriches the learning experience of her audience.
